Brella™ Enrollment
What You Need
- An active ShazamChek Debit card
- A smartphone or other internet connected device
- A telephone nearby (for PIN verification)
- An email account (to receive alerts)
- Your full debit card number
- Your card's expiration date
- Your PIN
Enrollment Process
- After opening the mobile app or visiting the web based interface new users must enroll your card by selecting "Register" in the app or "New Mobile Card User" in the web interface
- Enter your card information and click Next.
- The next screen will allow you to read and accept the terms and conditions. After accepting the Terms and Conditions click Next.
- To verify your card you must enter your phone number to receive a PIN verification phone call. After clicking Next you will receive a phone call to verify your PIN.
Follow the voice prompts and enter your four digit PIN followed by the pound (#) key.
- After the PIN verification is completed you will be notified if you card is eligible. Click Next to complete your profile.
- The last page is information needed to complete your User Profile. Complete the remaining user profile fields to complete your enrollment.
After Enrollment You Can
- Add additional cards
- Setup the following alerts:
- Transaction Amount
- Internet and Phone (Card Not Present) Transactions
- International Transactions
- Suspected Fraud
- View balance information
- Change your User Profile information
